Consumer Forum

Almost producer will have customer service. It is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. According to Jamier L. Scott., "Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation". Its importance varies by product, industry and customer; defective or broken merchandise can be exchanged, often only with a receipt and within a specified time frame. Retail stores will often have a desk or counter devoted to dealing with returns, exchanges and complaints, or will perform related functions at the point of sale.

In a fact, maybe sometime we meet a bad customer service. When we claim a bad product, they do not follow up our complain. They just leave and we not get a good solution. Of course, we will angry. Perhaps with anger, we can let go of resentment. But, it not give an effect for bad customer service. Another people who doesn't know about this bad service will meet same experience with us.

Maybe we can say and write something about this bad customer service in consumer forum. Consumer forum is good place to dump our anger. Maybe we not get anything if we write in this forum. But we will help another people not buy a product with bad customer service.

And we hope when a company who have bad customer service read it, they will improve and make they more better.
